#1_Welcome to Scribble
Alright, here we go—first blog post. No pressure, right? lol
So, why Scribble? Simple. I needed a place to put it all down—the thoughts, the process, the messy in-between moments of making art that actually means something to me.
For years, I kept my work mostly to myself. I figured it was too weird, too intense, maybe just too much. And I had to be honest with myself—this is the stuff of secret diaries, the things nobody cares to see. Or at least, that’s what I told myself.
But somewhere along the way, my brothers (not by birth) Clayton and Craig in Fiji made me see things differently. In their own way, they asked, “What if your art isn’t just for you? What if someone out there needs to see it?”
And that’s when it hit me — art isn’t meant to stay hidden. It’s meant to be seen, felt, and maybe even understood. There could be someone out there who experienced the same pain I did as a child, has been carrying it their entire life, and is still searching for answers.
This blog isn’t going to be some perfectly polished, artsy deep-dive. It’s just me, sharing the journey—the creative process, the struggles, the wins, and the weird in-between moments.
Expect:
🎨 The truth behind the art – what I was thinking (or not thinking) when I made it.
🖋️ Random thoughts on creativity – because art doesn’t come with instructions.
🧠 Mental health & healing – because let’s be honest, that’s where this all started.
💥 A little chaos, a little clarity, and a whole lot of expression.
…and I will also share some Studio Time moments from various pieces that I’ve been working on.
Studio Time
So yeah, Scribble is just that—a place to let it all out. No rules, no filters. Just art, thoughts, and whatever comes next.
Let’s see where this goes.
