Nautilus Magnificat
Clay, Cyan, Black or Sepia — limited or open edition
Available · limited edition
A chambered nautilus, drawn digitally in fine line. The spiral is the oldest kind of maths there is — a shell that grows by keeping its shape, only bigger.
An archival giclée print on warm rag paper. Shown here in Clay — also available in Cyan, Black and Sepia.

With the limited edition: a Certificate of Authenticity carrying my signature and the edition number, and a personal letter from me.
Tracked worldwide delivery on both editions, sustainable packaging.
The two smaller sizes I print myself, on my own Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000, and sign in pencil before they go out. The larger sizes go through my print lab, who can produce them at a scale my studio cannot.
Limited edition
One of a fixed number — when a size is gone it is closed for good. Numbered, hand-signed on the studio-printed sizes, with the Certificate of Authenticity and a letter from me.
Open edition
The same image on the same paper, unnumbered and without the certificate. Printed to order, at a lower price.
